Unfortunately, on a keto diet, you can’t really have a cheat meal like you may be able to do on other diets. This is because a cheat meal will typically be high in carbs. This will take you out of ketosis and then you will have to start all over again to get your body back into it. However, it is impossible to completely ignore your cravings.
